About me
Cindy Rodgers and her husband, Wayne, are stateside missionaries and the founders of 4:16 Ministries, focused on “edifying the church in love” (Eph. 4:16). They partner with the Memphis School of Preaching and travel full-time in their Airstream, encouraging preachers and supporting congregations across the U.S. Cindy is a speaker, teacher, writer, and proud “CiCi” to granddaughters Piper and Oakland. She enjoys hiking, camping, and coffee with Wayne—and their Boston Terrier, Maddy. Though their home base is in Memphis, Cindy is most at home wherever she can serve, speak, and strengthen the church.
