About me
In late 2025, Katrina Stearsman and her husband, Daniel, relocated to Denver, Colorado, where Daniel serves as a full-time instructor at the Bear Valley Bible Institute. While Katrina also serves as a periodic instructor in the Women’s Program, she and Daniel find great joy in mentoring and encouraging the student body, pouring into the daily lives of those preparing for a lifetime of ministry. A former retail pharmacist, Katrina holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida. After her career in pharmacy, she spent many rewarding years homeschooling their two sons, both of whom are now thriving in college. Her journey as a parent of a neurodiverse son, along with her upbringing outside the church, deeply shapes her ministry, fostering a passion for evangelism, outreach, and inclusive hospitality. She loves teaching ladies' classes, planning women’s events, and traveling for both leisure and mission work.
