About me
Melissa and her husband Scott moved to Memphis in 2022 to work with the Forest Hill congregation, after serving in New Orleans (2009–2020) and near Tuscaloosa (2020–2022). At Forest Hill, Melissa is involved in teaching the ladies and childrens’ classes. She is an active personal worker in Bible studies with mission experience in Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Singapore, India, and also teaches preachers’ wives on the topic of marriage at the Memphis School of Preaching. Her greatest joy is being Scott’s best friend and helpmeet, and the mother of their three sons: Walker, Tanner, and Hunter. In 2025, when Walker and Aurora were wed, they joyfully added a girl to the family!
